Meet Amisha — The Heart Behind Meethi Yoga

Amisha is the heart and soul behind Meethiyoga — a space created with love, healing, and deep intention.
With over seven years of experience in yoga, posture correction, pranayama, meditation, and emotional wellness, she has guided hundreds of people toward a healthier, calmer, and more balanced life.

Her journey began with a simple belief:
“Yoga is not just movement… it is awareness, alignment, and coming back to yourself.”

Known for her beginner-friendly teaching, detailed asana explanation, and gentle therapeutic approach, Amisha helps students understand their body, correct their posture, improve mobility, and build inner strength — emotionally and physically.

As a healer, sound therapist, and wellness coach, she brings a holistic touch to every session, making each class feel supportive, safe, and deeply transformative.
